Search for the customer before inserting the invoice items

In my Al-Tikawy restaurant, some customers call to request an order, and when I try to search for their addresses through the phone number, I cannot access the address book until after the items are listed. Is there an addition or a way in which I can add the customer first? Perhaps adding a button in the main page that I can do so? I think this is very important for those restaurants that operate with the delivery system.
