how to set up kitchen printout items individualy shows on ?

I had some printing issue about to taking order from customers in my cafe ;Example customer ordering

chicken burger

lettuce

Mayo

================

chicken burger

lettuce

onion

Mayo

when print out for kitchen its comes like this

2 chicken burger

2 lettuce

2 mayo

onion

is there any solution for this

Hi Korhan,

We assume you have these defined as a separate products, but, if you do not charge separately for lettuce, onion and mayo we suggest using product comments, as described at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/209345969-Manage-products.

Can you try that out and see if it works for you or, if not, provide some more info on why you are not able to use it?
