There are some terms I dont understand
-
Hi Mordiskos,
Please find the answers below.
What does it mean to confirm an order? When is it use and how do I confirm an order?
When you press "F9 - Save sale" or start checkout process, the order is saved / confirmed. This is the moment when any kitchen ticket will print and, if it is a bar, you can say that the customer will be served with what is ordered in one round. If you, on the other hand, use Aronium in retail, you can save order to start a new one, if, for example customer forgot to pick up something and you want to serve the next customer in the line and get back to previous order later.
What is the diferente between deleting or removing an item from the sale and voiding a confirmed ítem?
There are no difference. The above means the same - removing an item from the sale / order.
Hope this helps and we are sorry if some terms were not clear enough.
If you have any more questions, please let us know.
Thanks, Aronium team.
