So in the rush hours in my store i own a restaurant with events on weekends, i encountered a difficulty which is after closing an order if in the rush hours i ordered something wrong on a table and they want to edit it up i had to go refund and than edit the order which in the rush hour it lll cause lots of issues my request is to make the locked receipt print a similar receipt as the close receipt you can maybe ad d locked receipt on top of it this will come in handy when we have a rush hour or an event it happens a lot i had to refund 5-10 order in the rush of order and table closes it created a lot of issues for me couldnt edit any of the closed receipt the customer had to wait and a lot more customers were waiting for their receipt, by making the receipt of locked sale look similar to close but adding on it locked sale receipt will fix everything

  I need a respond as soon as possible before the weekend i am using the print station option and its still on trial if this option of locked sale receipt is not fixed i cannot buy it and use aronium, as i said my business is hard to manage without a printed receipt before close this is a big issue i need a respond as soon as possible or else i will stop using aronium unfortunately with all its advantages it hass some weakness

  Hi Aleco,

  There are no plans to make locked sale look like a receipt and there is no way to print a full receipt before sale is closed, and no such changes are planned for the future.

  We may do some changes to the locked sale print to make it look better, but, at this moment, nothing similar is scheduled and we cannot promise when or if these changes are coming at all.

  Regarding print stations, they have nothing to do with receipt or locked sale, as they are meant to be a simple message to the kitchen or a bar with additional details about the order.

  The best we can do at this moment is leave this feature request open so other users can comment and vote on it so can possibly understand the need for these improvements better.

  this pos is not design to support events and rush hours so including that option will help us manage our customer more, my idea is i have a beach bar where people reserve tables on events, through the events someone had an added item by mistake he want to refund it on the table what i have to do is go to sales history and refund the whole order than do it again, by doing this printing a receipt on locked sale that mean its out the customer is checking if the products on it are right, if its good i ll close it no porblem if its not i unlock it and refund the item thats added by mistake and than close it with the corrected receipt thats it.

  in the rush hours i had 150 human drunk and about 20 table enjoying the event  open i have to go through refunding the order than do it again to refund for someone an item and print another receipt since there is no refund by item on the sale done
