  Hi THE KING,

  We have tried on both Aronium Pro and Aronium lite and both A5 templates printed customer details, as expected.

  Please double check what format is used in Address format in Settings > Print options > Customize receipt, as described https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003418212-Customize-receipt.
