Bluetooth Numpad

I bought a bluetooth numpad especially for the checkout so that I can easily enter the amount paid so that it is converted. But my numpad doesn't work with the program because I can't enter an amount or press enter. how to fix this? Because if I use a full wired keyboard then it works.
