set sale price depending on the quantity (without using the promotions tab)

for example : if you buy 1 piece then the price is 200, if you buy 3 then the price is 166.

yes i m well aware that this can be achieved with promotions tab but it s not efficient and u cant change the quantity once the promotion is applied. this needs to be part of the price tab for each product
