    Aronium Support

    Hi Cyndi,

Aronium is an offline application which means that your database is stored on your computers only and not "in the cloud" so it is not accessible remotely or over the internet,
There is Aronium Pro version that supports multiple computers to be connected to the central database, but it is also an offline application and computers need to be connected to the same network in order to work (to connect to the database).
The only possible workaround with this Pro version is to use a VPN (Virtual Private Network) like www.vpn.net between your store running Aronium Pro and your remote computer so they appear to be in the same network, but this is a bit too technical and would require an IT person to help you set this up, unless you have previous experience in setting this things up.
We are trying to find some way to make this VPN setup easier in the future, but we can't provide that kind of support yet, as it is a local network setup, so you would have to find someone who can set you up locally,

    Thanks, Alex
