While using a barcod scanner the item does not appear on sale screen
I am using a barcode scanner for adding a product to the sale using barcode. It was working properly but this morning when I added 3 products by scanning thier barcodes, I saw them on sale screen, but when I wanted to add another product which had a Data Matrix and scanned it , not only the new item did not show up but it cleared the previously scanned 3 items. When I tried to rescan the product with Data Matrix, it was not shoing up on screen but I could only see the quick glance of the Matrix Data numbers in search bar.
What could be the problem?

i know this is late, but 2d barcodes can store non-alphanumeric information, so scanning one that might include other data can cause problems - like multiple carriage returns, null, backspace, delete or other dangerous sequences.
to find out what is really stored within the barcode, open notepad and use your barcode scanner to read the barcode. this will insert the contents of the barcode as text in notepad and you can see the sequence that was sent to aronium.
