Item total includes TAX and discount is calculated with tax even though discount rule is set to before tax

Hi,

On print receipt, Item total amount includes taxes, Discount is also calculated on total including tax even though 

1. Display and print items included TAX has been set to off

2. Discount calculation has to set to before tax price.

Ideally total should have been 150 for each line item and 5% discount should have been 15 and not 15.75

Can someone please help with this.
