Payment methods change tax rate

hi,
is there any feature where when a payment methods is choosen it should change the products tax rate 

for example
if i use cash it should give me 19% on everything

and if i use online for example it should automaticly change the tax of product to 7% 

but some proudct need to have fix taxes
