I see just one field for Customer Name, but the CSV file I have of all my customers has two fields....."First Name" & "Family Name". Is it possible to upload both to Aronium ?

  Hi Tom,

  Aronium recognizes the name only, so you need to have them merged before importing, there is no way to accept Name and Family Name in Aronium.

  If you are using Excel, you should be able to merge the columns by following instructions at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/concatenate-function-8f8ae884-2ca8-4f7a-b093-75d702bea31d.
