I want to set stock quantity for a product as l add it into stock not while l am making a sell.

  Hi Tinotenda,

  We have no plans of adding an option to add quantity while creating a product, as quantity change needs a document behind it. You can find some more information below.

  Aronium is using documents as a trigger for updating stock levels. For example, when you create a sale, a "Sales" document is created and quantities are automatically taken out of the stock. The same goes for adding quantities to stock, but using different document types.

  To add stock levels, use "Purchase" document. You can read more about purchase document at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001095609-Purchase. 

  To adjust stock levels, you should use "Inventory count" document. You can read more about inventory count at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001110085-Inventory-count

  The only way to add a stock quantity outside a purchase or inventory count documents is by using CSV import functionality as described at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4403474609042-Updating-Stock-Quantities-through-CSV.
  If you decide to try this out, please be very careful as you will be updating your products with every import and please remember that changing quantity via CSV is not a primary function of CSV import.
