Cash drawer opening when doing card sale

Hi, The cash drawer still opens when doing a card sale and yes I've tried to change the payment through management>Payment Type>Card and disabled Open cash drawer. It still persists any advice ?

  Hi Despaireon,

  It may happen that cash drawer is configured in your printer driver, so, regardless of Aronium configuration and payment types used, cash drawer opens once print job is complete.

  You should be able to test this easily by printing something outside of Aronium and see if your drawer opens. If it does, you should double check your printer properties and see if cash drawer is configured there.
