Pre-payment receipt

Hi, 

I am trying to print a proper receipt we can give to clients before they pay. 

We have the kitchen printer triggered via Save Order and the receipt via Pay. Now we can do Print Locked sale to print something before we process the payment, but what gets printed looks more like a kitchen ticket and not like a client receipt (No company logo etc). 

Is there a way to improve this?

To recap, we need 3 types of tickets

1. Kitchen ticket -> triggered when an order is saved
2. Client receipt before payment -> triggered when order is locked
3. Client receipt after payment -> triggered when order is paid

And we need the receipt at step 2 to look like the receipt at step 3, but with a balance remaining. 

Would be amazing if this is possible. Is the solution instead of doing payment when locking, to do a credit payment?
