Hi Team

printing in receipt vs kitchen ticket is not the same sorting kindly need your attention.

  Hi Ahmed,

  Items in receipt are merged and sorted alphabetically.

  To have items in receipt printed in the same way they are added to the sale, all you have to do is to turn Merge items in receipt option OFF in Settings > Order and payment, as described at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/208663309-Order-and-payment. 

  

  Once you have this option turned off, items in receipt will not be merged anymore and will print in the same order as they were added to the sale.
