No puedo ingresar al programa

Después de la actualización me figura una ventana y no puedo ingresar, solo me da opciones de anular, depurar u omitir. Cualquier opción no hace nada. No ingresa, solo aparece esa ventana emergente. Estoy desesperada, tengo todos mis precios ahi

  buenas tardes hacen dos dias instale el programa pero al intentar ingresar a los ajustes el programa se cierra automaticamente  que podra estar pasando ?????
