Unable to open the app

Hello! I am having issues and unable to open the app. Anyone get to experience this? Error message says "error occured while trying to start the application..."

  Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that resolves the issue?

  Hi, yes I did. but after reinstalling, same error appears on the screen.

  Did the app initially run smoothly and then suddenly stop working, or did it fail to start right from the beginning?
