Issue with Printing Receipts on Epson TM-T20II in Aronium POS

    Hi Marwan,

    We are sorry to hear that you have issues printing receipts using Windows printer.

    One possible issue may be is that your printer cannot print Windows print jobs, but it can use only text commands like ESC/POS protocol. For this reason, Generic / Text only works, but Windows printer is printing incorrectly. 

    To confirm this, you can try printing some simple image to your printer, or a PDF file with some rich text and see if it will print correctly. If it prints all black, it means that your printer cannot use Windows print jobs and it accepts ESC/POS only. If this is the case, you can consult printer documentation or your retailer, as some printers may have an option to change print mode using DIP switches.

    Unfortunately, Arabic text will work only with Windows printer type and it is not supported using Generic / Text only.
