Requested & Suggested Features ( I )

Greetings , have some requests and suggestions which could result in amazing results and benefit everyone hopefully. 

They are as the following : 

1 - Making it possible to control discounts on products and every single product for all staff. Also, making it more detailed by making it possible to differentiate the percentage of discounts possible for each user, not making it set the same percentage for everyone. This would be very helpful for those who have B2B department, and have variety of customers types, also it would be fruitful for whom want to make special discounts for their staff and etc.. 

2 - Making it possible to see the cost of the product under the product price in the sale screen in POS, because it is impractical to need to access the management tab every time to see the maximum allowable discount or to check the cost. So, it would pretty helpful and time saving..Also, making it possible to hide the cost from specific users in the sales tab and allowable for specific selected users.. 

3 - Making it possible to backup data on Cloud , and if possible to make an E-Platform same Odoo or Imonggo POS .. 

4 - Making it possible to assign an location reference or location note in the product editing tab with a note which shows in the sales tab to make it easier to manage and find products in store for the staff or in general..

5 - Making an customer's live dashboard that shows or gives an overall summary of :

-- Number of transactions in overall

-- Number of products purchased  in overall and average per transaction 

-- Total amount spent in overall  and average per transaction and product 

-- Number of visits and frequency of visiting and last visit date 

-- Making it possible to assign ranking which the user could create unlimited number of rankings and classifications which with codes that makes the user know maximum discount allowable as an idea for making an hierarchy based and fair loyalty program gradually for clients which contributes much.. , and making this ranking assign an automated discount value fixed or percentage from profits not from overall product's value which helps much.. 

This data should be visible in the search bar in the customer's data which shows in the sales tab to make it easily visible with a dashboard live. I think you could do it since you made an nice live dashboard sales chart that is easily controllable based on selected period.. 

-- Also allowing customer notes to be made and shown in search bar when searching for clients and selecting to have insight for employees about customers this would be pretty powerful and issues or cases management and reminders area and alerts for all staff

By doing all of this you would really empower all businesses using this software and your software would become more reputable and famous or relied on..
