Suddenly the Software not open

    Try reinstalling the software on the server. If you have the Pro version, make sure to uncheck the box for the server.

    If that doesn't work and you have a recent backup, simply uninstall the software, then reinstall it, and proceed with the backup and restore.

    We would need to see the logs to understand what is causing the problem, as they may capture the cause of the it.
