Fixed price promotions not showing as discounts on the receipt

I have a pond season promotion in my store right now. I have fixed price discounts on my products, but its not showing this when a customer purchases. It does automatically change the product price to the fixed price when scanned, however, on the receipt, its not highlighting the price change or telling the customer how much they saved or that it's even applied a discount! 

How can I get this to show. I have played with all settings possible. I just think its something that needs adding on or fixing.
