Need a little help

I have used Aronium in my past role at a different municipality and they were very happy with the results. In my current role I am trying incorporate here as well but am running into a small problem. Before we buy a dedicated printer for receipts, I am trying to get invoices to print out correctly and that is where I am running into difficulties. I have a .png logo loaded into "My Company" but it will not print on the invoice sheet that I am sending to a Canon C7260 and it is capable of printing A4. Also, each and everytime it is throwing an error to my printer because it is trying to print on ledger size paper and I have to change it to the letter size drawer. In the printer settings I am trying to set it to scale to letter size as well. At my previous job I did not run into any of these issues and worked flawlessly.
