Can't print properly 38×15 size price tag

Hello, I have been using your billing software for more than a month. My experience with your software has been good. I am thinking of taking the paid plan, but whenever I create a barcode in your software, it is not being set in any way. Can I set the barcode information according to the size of my label (38×15) in your software? Please let me know further.
