Purchase Invoice Import Feature

Dear Aronium Team,

I hope you’re all doing well.

I’m writing to request the addition of a PDF Scanner feature for the Purchase Entry section in Aronium. This feature would make the workflow much smoother by allowing users to scan or upload purchase invoices directly into the system, eliminating the need for manual data entry.

If possible, it would be even more powerful to integrate AI-based recognition, so the system can intelligently read and extract data from different invoice formats provided by suppliers according to Aronium Schema or format. This would save a significant amount of time during the purchase entry process.

At the very least, it would be extremely helpful if Aronium could re-import purchase PDFs exported from the system itself, allowing users to quickly recreate or edit a previous purchase entry without re-entering every item manually.

Thank you so much for everything you’ve built in Aronium so far — it’s truly one of the most complete and efficient billing solutions out there. This enhancement would make it even better and more future-ready.
