Cash drawer not opening after concluding a sale.

The cash drawer is not opening automatically anymore after weeks of using Aronium with no issues. The settings on printer preferences are set to kick the cash drawer after a sale as it was before. The cash drawer only kicks when you do a test print on Windows - Printers - Print Test Page only. On Aronium i have set the cash drawer commands also for my printer although it worked without the commands prior. It kicks when i click on Test Drawer with the commands set but it doesn't not kick when i use Print Test Page in Aronium - Settings - Print. Please note that i am using the admin rights and the cash drawer is set to open on all the settings. I have three standalone Pos systems and all are doing the same now.

  I have managed to troubleshoot the issue and applied a fix that works 100 percent.

  I went to Printing Preferences of my default rinter - Operation - End Of Page - Paper Cut - Full Cut.

  Remember to enable open cash drawer option on the same pop-up.
