Fixed Tax in Percentage

Hi there,

I would like to request a feature where we can add the fixed tax in percentage. At the moment you can only enter fixed tax in amount. But there are scenarios where multiple products have the same fixed tax percentage. With the current implementation, you have to enter the fixed tax for each and every product according to their price in amount. And if the prices of the items change, you have to edit and calculate the fixed tax for each and every product, which can be very time consuming.
I would like to request a feature where we can add a fixed tax in percentage and then assign it to multiple products so if the price of the item changes, it will just simply recalculate the fixed tax according to the percentage.
