product display order and tax

is there a way to display products in categories and when printed or added on an order in a restaurants table it will automatically display it according in order for example, all starters at the top, main courses below and any drinks at the bottom.

Also how do i show service charge of 10% on receipt and how do i ensure the service charge is calculated automatically according to whatever dishes is in the order?
