Report Customization Request

Hello, I saw on a forum on your website that it's not possible to customize reports in Aronium by myself. My question is whether it can be done through this platform and what the cost would be. The report we're looking for is a summary of sales tickets that breaks down the ticket number, subtotal, taxes, and total.
