"Tax Exempt" setting on customers only applies to certain tax rates.

Most of the products we sell can be tax exempt to eligible customers, hence, we create a customer and make them tax exempt. However, some products must contain tax for all customers. It does not seem there is any way to make this work inside of Aronium.

It would be great if there was some sort of way to mark items as "Non Tax Exemptible" or to make the tax exempt flag only work on certain tax rates.
