Incomplete receipt print

After selling to a customer a lots of products the receipt incomplete not showing the items count, subtotal, tax, cash, paid amount, change and footer.

  Hi Ian,

  Can you please tell us what printer type are you using? Is it "POS 58 / 80" or "ESC/POS"?
