Sales Negative inventory

Is there any way to avoid the sale if the product does not exist in the inventory? and thus avoid sales with negative inventory?

  Hi Enrique,

  Yes, there is. 

  Go to Settings / Order & Payment and turn on "Prevent negative inventory" option.

  

  With this option enabled, you will be asked to confirm the sale if item does not exists on stock.

  Also, you can set access level on "Zero stock quantity sale" so users are not allowed to sell zero quantity items without manager's permission.
