    We have just tried this out, it works on "POS 58" and "ESC/POS" printer type as expected. We'll will create a support ticket on behalf of you so we can investigate what may be the reason for this, you'll receive an email soon.

    I also have the same problem, Z report doesn't print after the update.

    Already tried checking all the settings, no luck.

    Hi Tony,

    Thanks for reporting this. 

    Unfortunately, we have identified a bug in latest release (1.20).

    This issue exists in "POS 58/80" printer type only. A workaround is to switch from "POS 58/80" to "ESC/POS" printer type temporary, which will print Z report as expected.

    We are working on fixing this at the highest priority, and hotfix will be released as soon as possible.
