Charge by mins

Is there a way of charging the customer for the amount of mins they want to use a service? I.e. you enter they want 6mins and it calculates the price

  Create a product i.e called service and set it to the price of 1 minute of time then if a customer has 60 minutes change the quantity to 60 and you will have a total price
