RESETTING ALL PRODUCTS TO ZERO QUANTITY

Hi, we've performed our annual physical count for our our required inventory for tax purposes.

This was done using the exported csv products spreadsheet in excel.

Now the count is done I am finding uploading the finished products sheet to aronium is not erasing the existing quantities and recording the new, but rather adding it to the existing on hand.

This now shows our stock at much more than what is physically on hand.

How do I reset the stock quantities for all 7173 products without resetting Aronium in its entirety (we cant loose all recorded sales and customers). Going through all 7173 products by hand would also be time consuming, tedious, and prone to mistakes.

Hi CW,

You can do that easily with inventory count. Create new inventory count document, drag root "Products" group to the grid on the right, all products will be added to inventory count with final quantity set to 0.

Save the document and all your stock quantities will be 0 so you can import your CSV.
