Hi all, 

is it possible to imprt excel file to stock in?

  Hi Roy,

  Yes, it is.

  You can use products import CSV file with a quantity column filled in with your product quantities. On import, a document will be created and will add these quantities to the stock automatically.

  hi 

  thank you for your reply.

  actually, i would like to "stock in" QTY by excel not just create. is it ok?

  If I understood correctly, yes, it is.

  Importing CSV with quantity set will do the following:

  1. Create (add) new items if they are missing
  2. Update existing items (if anything is different)
  3. Create a document and add quantities to stock
