Manager option to view "All Open Orders" without floor plan.

Currently the only way to view all open orders is through Floor Plan option to be enable. With my restaurant, we do not like the limited use with the floor plan. So we would like to use the "User" option to create their orders but have the Manager log in at the Register to cash out an order.

Currently the only way this is to work is with Floor Plan but it has limited option for my restaurant. Can you add an option for the manager to be to view "All open orders" with the need to turn on Floor Plan?
