Hi, 

 

Is there a way to check deleted sales from sales history? 

Is there a way to block cashiers from deleting sales from sales history?

  Of course you can deny document deletion in "Managment" -> "Users & Security" -> "Security" -> "Sales" -> "Delete document"

  Just install the value which is higher than cashier has.
