Discounted product & total discount -> show on receipt

Hello,

I would like to ask you is there any option for my request? Let me explain:

I would like to show discounted product just like in example and also to show total discount on receipt:
For example:

Item 1
1x $10.00     $10.00
DISCOUNT -$5.00 (this is the option that I want)
...........................................
Items count: 1

Cart discount -$2.00
...........................................
Total discount: $7.00 ( this is the option that I want)
..........................................
TOTAL: $3.00

Can you help me with this?
