How do you handle cancellations?

Hi,

If you have entered the order into the system and at a later date the user decided to cancel the transaction, how do you handle cancellations? The only way I think to this is to delete the order.  Do you have a better way of showing the order as cancelled?

  If deleting a document doesn't provide you an audit, a Refund will definitely link you up the the original document
