Open orders or sale popping up after each completed sales

Good  day every time I process a purchase it send me back to open orders which is annoying. For example if a customer comes early in the morning or calls around 7 am, I select items for customers but they are not coming to pick up until around 4 pm. So every new purchase i have to be exiting the open orders windows. Was wondering if that feature can allow whether to come up automatically or you only view open sales via save sales without it popping after every completed sales

  Hi Virtuouspharmacy,

  These are the rules how open orders work with main sales screen:

  1. If you have only one open order, it will be automatically selected
  2. If you have multiple open orders, a screen with all open orders will be presented to you so you can select what order you wish to edit or close. Also, you have a button to start new order.

  Unfortunately, there is no way to turn this off.
