Using a Cash Drawer with a a4 printer and a usb drawer trigger

Can someone please help me i need to set this up to print receipt with a4 style printer and i have a cash drawer on a USB trigger set to com port 3.

i can trick the app to open the cash drawer with setting up com port 3 as a Epson receipt printer but i need a receipt to print and also the cash drawer to open
