Access level change

Hi

i think at initial installation stage i used only Access level 2, as maximum level.

Now i am not able to add more users with different levels of Access, so that i can assign different levels to different users.

Now i have only two levels either 1 or 2.

Can i now increase the admin to higher values , say 9 or 10, so that i have many options to assign to different users?

  Hi,

  To set up a higher access level, you need to log in with your admin account, the one with the highest access level in the system. After this, go to "Management / Users & Security", edit admin account and set his access level to any you want (9,10, ...).

  Now you should have available access levels greater then 2.
