Russian law for POS
Hi there,
I've never told about that, but in Russia we have special federal low FL-54 "About using control cashier equipment in Russia" (ФЗ-№54 "О применении контрольно-кассовой техники при расчетах на территории Российской Федерации") which dictate using special set of hardware and software in shops and other places for payment (include internet shops).
Every payment should be fixed in fiscal printer with fiscal storage inside, after fixing every receipt should be sent to Operator of Fiscal Data (OFD) and after that OFD sends report to the Federal Tax Service (FTS or in rus FNS/ФНС). It needs to control legitimacy of sale and prevent illegal sale.
Every russian receipt has:
Number of CCM regestration, Number of fiscal document (which presents by fiscal registrator or printer), Number of fiscal storage, Fiscal sign (which generates by fiscal storage), QR code for receipt checking and other more information.
And every POS should be connected to OFD. OFD usualy presents services and API's to connect and work with them (for example Yandex.Kassa, OFD.RU, Kontur.OFD).
So question: When we can expect Aronium API to create plugins whuch will alow Russians to connect POS to OFD and FTS? Because Aronium is very usefull for small busines, but without FL-54 support we can get fines (more then 100$ per receipt). We should use Aronium + additional POS terminal like Evotor which costs a lot.
In attachment I show a example receipt in Russia (All information in example receipt is unreal and showed only for example purposes).
