The port com field is blank, how can I add port com option?

  Hi Lamine,

  If COM port is blank, that means your PC doesn't have any COM (serial) ports. If you have USB customer display, you may be able to use USB-to-serial adapters. 

  As this is hardware related thing, we strongly suggest asking a local technician for help how to install and use USB-to-serial adapters.

  Also, we suggest you double check with your supplier or documentation if customer display will work when connected to serial port adapter and if it supports ESC/POS protocol, before you decide to buy and try out adapters workaround.
