    Hi Zouzou,

    We cannot tell what may be the problem without looking more into it, and to do that we may need logs or some additional informations.

    What we suggest is trying to reinstall, just in case something is missing for any reason, or running it on a different PC, just to check if ti is PC related.

    Next thing we can try is looking into logs to see if they have recorded anything unusual. If reinstall doesn't help, please reach out to support@aronium.com so we can send you instructions how to access logs directory and send it to us.
