Application is exiting when pressed for any Hyperlink

hi

when i am inside application and if i press any Hyperlinked Text, its exiting from the Application fully.

For example, i am in now 1.21.1 version. Now pressed for Update Installation, then it has "whats New", "Not now", etc buttons. I pressed "Whats New" button. It taken me to URL where the version updats are described, but by doing so, its exited from Application fully. I observed this type of exiting before, too but did not remember when exactly it happened.
