    Hi,

    I found, that the codes for same product is different in 'purchase document' and in 'stock report'. how could this happen? both supposed to be same. is int it?

    Hi KKM,

    The only reason why stock is not updated is that product is marked as "Service (not using stock)". Can you please double check is this the case? This option should be turned off for regular goods you wish to track quantities for, as in the screenshot below.

    Regarding product codes, yes, they should be the same. Can you please double check if there are multiple products with the same name? If this is not the case, can you please create new support request (or send an email to support@aronium.com) and send us your database so we can investigate this further and check for quantities as well?

    i checked the "service" check box. You are right. its made as wrong selection. we rectified it. now its OK.
