Tax column on invoice printout too narrow

The Tax column is slightly too narrow and the percent sign gets cut off.

  Hi Ash,

  Thanks for reporting this. We were not able to reproduce this with 20% tax rate and running the latest version, but we will create a support ticket on behalf of you so we can follow up on this.

  It will be no problem for us to send you new invoice template with tax column modified so it fits the content.
