100% discounts don't show correct "Before discount" price in Discount reports

Both the "Discounts granted" and "Item discounts" appear to incorrectly display 100% discounts. See below:

"Discounts granted" report:

18-200-000015 had a 100% cart discount, before discount should have been £1.25
18-200-000018 had 1 item (£1.10) with 100% discount and 2 items (£2.30) with no discount
18-200-000014 had a customer with 100% discount set (before discount £0.55)
18-200-000016 + 17 are correct

"Items discounts" report:

1 & 2 are 100% discounts, 3 is correct.

  Fix for discounts report is available with version 1.23.1. If you notice any issues after this update, please let us know.
